We are an international raised yet Texas initiated company. Therefore, it is only fitting that we have a Tex-Mex style menu that runs year round. Our “Lone Star Love” menu focuses on traveling Texas by way of Mexico that features ingredients that are bold, authentic and unapologetic on the flavor scale. Yes, we are in Texas but that doesn’t mean we cannot highlight all the groundwork that was done by multiple cultures in this spectrum. We invite you to take this journey with us as we weave through the various cities and countries that make everything so much bigger in boisterous state.

There is something to be said about history and foundation that can be tasted. Louisiana, no matter what portion, is a state that solidifies this. Our chef takes that legacy very seriously as she is half Creole. This means that it was only a matter of time until we got a year round menu that would pay homage to some of her roots. With that being said, look for some traditional dishes to get a spin every now and then because that is her way.

I present to you the path from the past that leads to future goodness. And don’t worry, it can be amended to fit any dietary needs/restrictions and also paired with drinks. All you have to do is ask. Laissez bon temp rouler!
